A hearty Gaziantep-Style gozleme featuring succulent caramelized tuna slow-simmered with Urfa pepper.
Step 1
Make a dough from flour, water, and salt, then rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Mix sautéed spinach with crumbled feta cheese and diced onion for the filling.
Step 3
Roll dough out very thin, place filling on one half, and fold over.
Step 4
Cook on a hot, dry griddle or pan with a brush of butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
