Cut beef heart into cubes.
Step 2
Marinate in aji panca, cumin, garlic, vinegar, and oil for at least 4 hours.
Step 3
Thread onto skewers.
Step 4
Grill over very high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade. Season with salt.
