Step 1
Cook rice noodles and drain.
Step 2
Sauté shrimp and pork with turmeric and garlic.
Step 3
Add a small amount of broth — mi quang uses very little broth.
Step 4
Serve noodles in shallow bowls with the broth, peanuts, sesame rice crackers, banana blossom, and herbs.
